I'll be honest, developing two new habits at the same time is tough. I began my #100dayproject in January, being creative every day for 100 days. In February, I added the #rechargechallenge at my pilates/barre studio where I participated in 28 classes in 28 days. It's been a lot to keep up with. While both are great habits, I'm glad to resume my regularly scheduled exercise program. I will probably add a few extra days per week and definitely see results in my strength and energy -- so I am glad I committed and followed through!
