It has such a low barrier to entry. People doodle on their notes during meetings or in class, on white boards while problem solving, in the sand at the beach. You can doodle on anything, anywhere. None of it needs to look necessarily good, finished, or even make any sense together.
I'm leaning more into the playful side of creativity today, allowing my mind to wander in an effort to ease the pressure on this practice. I'm a perfectionist by nature, so I'm trying not to focus on performance or outcomes, but allowing this practice to be practice. Keeping my mind and my hands nimble, open to possibility, letting the fun flow.
